A stunning day in Napa, filled with anticipation of the day to come. Molly and David let me tag along to document their rehearsal day in Napa with all of their closest family and friends. We started the day at Alpha Omega Winery where we had a lovely picnic lunch. Everyone gathered around and spoke of the amazing relationship that they had the joy to witness in David and Molly, the perfect match. After munching on some scrumptious food and hearing those heartfelt words, we all clambered on a bus to Palmaz Winery. Palmaz provided a tour of the grounds and the wine making process, followed by a wine and food tasting. The views from the terrace at Palmaz was breathtaking. As the afternoon turned into evening we clambered back onto the bus to finish the day at Gotts Roadside for, you guessed it: more food and wine. A perfect day in my books.
Molly and David, thank you so much for including me in your rehearsal day! I had so much fun, despite losing my cute little golf to Alpha Omega! I can't wait to get your wedding images up!

The day was perfect. Molly and David's love was present in every little detail and to be there filled my heart with joy. I couldn't feel more blessed to have been a part of this event. This is just a sneak peak of many more images to come. Congratulations Molly and David I am so very happy for the the two of you and the many years of happiness that you have ahead of you. You really know how to throw an amazing party!

Just a few images from a sweet autumn wedding, Maegan and Mitch's day was beautiful. The wedding took place at the Jefferson Street Mansion in Benicia. A perfect backdrop to their day, adding to the vintage feel. I had such a great time working with Alexis on this wedding, he is so full of energy and clearly loves photography. Maegan and Mitch were so happy as they flitted amongst their guests. As the afternoon gave way to evening the party got going and the dance floor came alive. It was a joy to be a part of the festivities and document the day as it unfolded.

One of Charlie's dearest friends, Nick, was married on Friday. The timing was perfect for us to go, a rare treat to take part in such a special event. I know it is hard for Charlie to be so far away from his family and friends, so when the timing works out and we are able to take part, it is a joy for us both. The ceremony was in a sweet little church in Paarl, a 45 minute drive from Cape Town. The ceremony was beautiful, Nick and Dine couldn't be happier. I don't think Dine stopped smiling once, and Nick was the most tearful groom I have seen. So full of love for one another, it was touching to witness. I put my camera away during the reception, I just enjoyed myself. I almost regret not getting images of all of the details, Dine clearly put a lot of work into making it just perfect. My favorite: personalized notes to each one of their nearly 200 guests.
It was a challenge for me to be at the wedding and just enjoy it. Charlie started to get concerned about the nervous twitch in my trigger finger. I did end up grabbing just a few shots, I couldn't help it.
Congratulations Nick and Dine! Thank you so much for including us in your day. Your joy is infectious.
