It was a chilly Berkeley afternoon when I met with Carrie and Scott on the UC Berkeley campus to capture a few images. We wondered about together and I got to have a little peek into their life. Carrie has been battling with lung cancer, these images where a way for them to commemorate her battle, to show her strength and their love for one another. I am happy to report that since taking these images Carrie has been given the official word, after all of her chemo and the horrible ordeal that her body has gone through, the cancer is gone. I couldn't be happier for her.
