A couple weeks back I went on a little scouting adventure with my friend and sometimes second shooter, Shelly. We jumped in the golf and drove around the foothills just on the other side of Highway 280 looking for potential portrait locations. We picked the worst possible time to shoot (high noon) but managed to find a few great spots (and a horse!). It was great to catch up with Shelly and explore my new home base. I have to say, we are pretty lucky to be living on the peninsula. It is stunning here!
