Last Year: A Little Bit of Fun
This is basically the raw form of what we eat on a weekly basis. There is quite a lot of variation in the types of fruit and veg that find their way onto our plates, but it is all fresh, organic and delicious. Aside from fresh fruit and vegetables we also have quite a lot of free range organic omega-3 eggs. We have been known to go through two dozen in a single week. Meats, all grass fed from Marin Sun Farms: Chicken, Duck, Turkey, Lamb, Beef and Pork. Coconut is consumed in the form of coconut water, coconut flakes, coconut milk and coconut oil (oil not shown here). Add a good dose of cocoa nibs for the occasional sweet tooth and you are sorted.
Now, if you have been to my house you may have noticed and certain feature is missing in my kitchen: cupboards. What? Who doesn't put cupboards in a kitchen? Perhaps a landlord in a rent controlled city. But that is another discussion all together. Fortunately, due to the way we eat we have very little need for cupboards. Almost all of our food is fresh. There is no bread or cereal, no flour or grain of any kind. There are no processed foods. Yup, this house may have been a perfect match for us after all.
