I recently had the opportunity to step inside the working kitchen at Carrie Dove Catering while doing a food shoot. I had a great time with the staff and even managed to get out of there without having to wash a single dish!

It was fun to get up close and see how the chefs do what they do... although it was a bit of a challenge to stay out of their way. Especially with all of the hot pots and pans to knock over.
