Welcome Hey there, thanks for stopping by! Welcome to my little corner of the internet, my place to share my voice and photography. In case you don't know me, I am Sara (that's me to the left, the one without a big white furry coat). I am a photographer based in the San Francisco Bay area, California. I LOVE my work, and you will see a bit of that sneaking in here. I also use this as a place to share other parts of my life. You will find adventures, food and little tidbits about my life with my darling husband and our two fat cats.  Please feel free to have a look around and even leave me a note. I would love to hear from you!

The last several days have been unbelievable. I went to the theater and saw a wonderful show on district 6. It's called Kat and the Kings and it was brilliant!!! I loved it. The music and dancing was phenomenal. Then I had an extremely filled day of tourism.

All 300 of us loaded onto tour buses and were shown the sites of the Western Cape. You would not believe the beauty of this place. It seems you could live here your whole life and not scratch the surface of things to do.

We went to Cape Point and then hiked the Cape of Good Hope. I was finally able to see some beautiful wildlife (ostrich, baboons, many many birds, hyrax). We also finally went to see the penguins. They are adorable!!!!!!!!!! I could sit and watch them waddle all day. Yesterday was extremely hectic. The campus was buzzing with new students and booths were set up all over campus. So many people!!!!!

I then joined in a drumming circle. What an experience!!!! The sound of the drums was a thrill. I think I am enrolled in two courses and I am still waiting to hear about a series in the masters program, keep your fingers crossed for me! Thank you so much for all of your emails, unfortunately I am not able to reply to all of them because I only get 15 min of online time. I loaded what pictures I could in this short time, so take a look and I will be putting more on as soon as I can.
